After a full week of rain and more of that to come in Rotterdam, we drove to den Bosch for our last competition day on Sunday, October 13th. And what did we find there? A most wonderful 23 degrees, sunshine and 3 awesome games of Ultimate!
We had suitable competitors on this last day of the Mixed competition. Disc Devils Twente won the first game by a small margin. Our second game against UTKA was quite disturbed by pick calls. After a bit of frustration over some calls, we took a Spirit time out, which helped us have a nice game in the end (even though we lost it :P).
Finally, we managed to get ourselves a win against Bluefingers and we got ourselves a 15th place in the competition. Man…what a great final day of summer that was…I am already looking forward to the indoor competition!
