Early morning on a drizzling and grey Sunday in mid-November nine athletic Rotterdammers got underway to try their luck in the indoor frisbee competition (3rd Division). The destination was Ijmuiden, mostly known for its industrial harbor and steel production, but also home to the Vellesan Speedy’s, the hosts and eventual winners of this first indoor competition day. Although our team lacked much indoor experience, R’damnit came second after five exciting and close games.

We played our first indoor competion matchday at November 24 with R’damnit.
The selection: Bas, Joep, Oscar, Julian, Aurelien and Vincent.
The opponents: Force Elektro 2, BFrisBee2’s, FC Airborn 2 and Force Elektro 3.
With glorious victories (respectively 15-1, 15-3, 14-7 and 14-6) we became winner of the 5th division!
Next matchday will be at January 26, 2014.
Can we also be successful in the 4th division??
The last day of the mixed competition. The question: can we stay in the 2nd division?
Unfortunately we couldn’t.
Next year we will try again, hopefully with a complete team of: R’damnit.
Last Sunday was Right To Play 2013.
We achieved a very nice Third place. Hopefully new player will join R’damnit, so we can at least defend or even gain some spots next year.
